Our Medium level range is also made from Australia’s most popular varietal styles, Shiraz and a Cabernet Sauvignon. The Shiraz is packaged under the ‘Old Press’ label and the Cabernet is packaged under the ‘Vineyard label’. For this range we concentrate on producing fuller and more richly flavored wines with excellent varietal characters from selected vineyard sites within South Australia.
